RETURN PROCESS

Please understand that we are a small, local business.  We try to continually bring newness into our store daily.  Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 14 days. Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return.  All sale items are final sale.  Jewelry, accessories, handbags, and undergarments are final sale.  We do not offer refunds.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.  No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Returns can be made in store or by mail.  All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire. Store credit will be emailed as a gift card that can be used in store and online!  To start the return process, click here.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made in store or by mail.  To start the exchange process via our return portal, Re:do, please start here.

Eligible items are available for exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Using our returns platform, you will be able to easily select the item(s) you want to return, and the new item(s) you would like to receive.  Your store credit will automatically apply within the exchange, and you will owe for any remaining balance.  An exchange for lesser value will result in store credit for the remaining balance. Instant exchange items will be shipped out once the exchange is confirmed. 

Please note: you will be asked to provide payment information for the instant exchange as a security measure.  There will be a $1 hold on your credit or debit card, that will be removed once the return items have reached our store.  You will have 3 days from the time of submitting your exchange to get your return items in the mail to us using the return label provided in re:do.  Failure to ship your returns back within the 3 day timeframe will result in a charge to your given payment method for the newly exchanged styles.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that carriers do not pick up on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimated and may occasionally take longer than expected once your package is in transit. 
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Pronto is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages in transit.


ABOUT REDO


RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless returns transaction.  A charge of $0.98 is automatically added to every cart, you do have the option to delete from cart at check out.  This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost.  This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $0.98 originally at checkout.  

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package.  You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 

RE:DO still abides by our return policy stated above. 

The client has the option to remove RE:DO from their cart.  If you didn't checkout with Re:Do, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 



MAILING A RETURN BACK ON YOUR OWN?


You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose should you not use our return center.
